Diving prices also TBA. This is great information for anyone planning to travel by train. I’ve taken Amtrak trains several times, and I actually really enjoy it. I find it rather relaxing and much more comfortable than planes. It’s not the mode of travel I’d choose for every trip, and sometimes it’s not less expensive than flying (often not, as I’ve found), but it can be a fun alternative now and then. You did a great job on this lens!

Particularly if you are taking back pain medication and as you are at altitude your body will easily get dehydrated which is not good for anyone and especially not if you have back pain and disc problems. However the easy solution is to keep drinking water and to avoid tea, coffee and alcohol as these only dehydrate you further.
